মসজিদ মিশন একাডেমী বাংলাদেশের রাজশাহী বিভাগে অবস্থিত একটি আধাসরকারী শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান। এই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি স্কুল এবং কলেজ শাখায় পাঠদান করা হয়।
১৯৮১ সালে মসজিদ মিশন একাডেমি, মির্জাপুর নামে একাডেমির যাত্রা শুরু হয়। প্রাথমিক নির্মাণ কাজ শেষ করার পর ১৯৮২ সালে মিশনের নিজস্ব জমি বড়কুঠিতে এই একাডেমির কার্যক্রম আরম্ভ হয়। প্রতিষ্ঠানটি মসজিদ মিশন ফাউন্ডেশন রাজশাহী জেলা শাখার মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত হয়।
